Due to open on the 18th October 2008, Pan Din Thai will serve only the very best of Thai food and dishes, in a traditional Thai atmosphere, complimented by a range of Thai wines and beers.
It is the aim of all of us at Pan Din Thai to provide an intimate dining experience in our traditionally presented restaurant, providing deliciously prepared food at sensible prices.
Thai food is one of the UK's fastest growing styles of eating, and is rapidly becoming recognised as one of, if not the best of the world's cuisines. Each dish is a melting pot of succulent flavours complimented by a unique blend of herbs and spices, as created in the regions of Thailand. From the jungles of the North East of the country and is by far the spiciest, also because of the liberal use of chilli, the hottest. At Pan Din Thai, our experienced Thai chefs can create a truly authentic taste, but are quite happy to reduce the heat level for the European palette. If you have any queries or requests, please just ask your waiter or waitress to adjust the heat level to your requirement, then relax and enjoy the full experience of the fabulous blends of flavours and textures.
Why not start your evening with a drink in our bar whilst you relax and peruse the menus? Our small but intimate bar stocks a wide range of bottled Thai Beers, draught European lagers and an English beer, or choose a fine wine from our comprehensive list of red and white wines from around the globe, including a red, white and rose especially imported from Thailand. Of course, no bar would be complete without a top range of spirits and liqueurs to complete your Thai Experience.
Take your seat in the beautifully traditional restaurant and enjoy the full ambiance of Thai hospitality. All of the wall hangings, stoneware, and ornamentation have been imported from the north east of Thailand for your pleasure.
